Thanks for the comments yesterday! I'll have to incorporate deadlifts and good mornings into my warm up.
Strength : subbed clean and jerk for snatch. Not feeling confident with snatches yet, did 3 of them in my warm up though.
Anyways, 125 135 140 145 150
WOD : was low on time. scaled to 2 rounds of 1/3 mile run and 25 burpees. Finished in 11:11
Tabata : don't feel comfortable doing max speed/effort with deadlifts, scaled yesterdays tabata instead. 53 dumbbell swings with 35lbs
