WOD:  10-20-30-20-10 Reps for Time of:

                   Thruster @ 75/55 lbs
                   Pullups

Tabata:  Kettlebell Swing 24/16 kg

First workout with weights in over a month, maybe two. Trying to come back after a lower back injury, taking it easy.
Front squat - 100 100 110

Scaled Wod to 5-10-15-10-5 and scaled thrusters to 50 lbs. Finished in 9:56

Confused kettlebell tabata with the sit ups.
Did 116 sit ups.
